Today John David had a meeting over lunch. I didn't have any leftovers and I wasn't about to cook lunch for just me! Instead I made Toaster Oven Pizzas using ingredients I had on hand:
2 Slices of Bread
2 Spoonfuls of Alfredo Sauce
2 ounces shredded Mozzarella Cheese
8 Pepperoni Slices
I put the bread on the toaster oven tray, spread a spoon of Alfredo Sauce on each piece, sprinkled on mozarella cheese, and topped with 4 pepperoni slices! I toasted it in the toaster oven about 4 minutes.
Easy, quick, and yummy! A great lunch for just one!!
I have also made these with spaghetti sauce and they are just as good!!
