That looks great! DH loves blackberries...we pick them as a family every year, this might be a recipe that I will try!
I love blackberry cobbler. Your looks yummy!Since you like cobbler, I have a very easy recipe for you to try. You may already have this and if you do, just delete.
The actual recipe says Chocolate cobbler but I replace the cocoa with different fruits(even fruit cocktail) and it is still good.
Chocolate Cobbler
2 sticks butter
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 teas. vanilla
2 cups water
1 1/2 c. self rising flour
3/4 c. milk
5 Tbl. cocoa
Melt butter in 9 X 13 dish. Mix flour, 1 1/2 c sugar, milk, and vanilla. Dip spoonfuls onto butter in 9 x 13. Mix 1 cup sugar and cocoa. Sprinkle over the top of flour mixture. Pour water over the top. If cocoa is dry, use a fork and press it down into water. Bake at 350 for approx. 30 mins or until a golden brown on top.
This is delish! I bake it for breakfast with eggs and bacon as a substitute for chocolate and biscuits. It is great with ice cream too!
