Last night we had meatloaf for dinner! This is one of our favorite meals which is quite funny because meatloaf was on my list of most hated meals (along with tuna patties) as a child!
This is John David's mom's recipe, Sweet and Sour Meatloaf, and it is delicious.

Oh my goodness, I would've never thought to cook meatloaf in a skillet - neat idea. Can't wait for the recipe as I love meatloaf.
